While working with the Recording Academy’s Chicago Chapter, I’ve played a key role in hosting, organizing, and facilitating events that bring together musicians, creatives, and music industry professionals. I’ve helped plan and execute events featuring global touring artists, programs focused on diversity and inclusion within the music industry, and creator-focused sessions exploring the future of music through technology, AI, sync licensing, and scoring. My work in organizing and producing music events has supported meaningful connection, education, and visibility for the creative community.

With Role Model
For Up Close & Personal with Role Model, I served as a production and artist liaison, supporting both the technical and experiential sides of the event. I helped coordinate audio-visual setup and livestream communication to ensure a seamless hybrid experience, managed artist relations to facilitate a smooth and comfortable environment for the talent, and co-led audience logistics—including RSVP strategy and data tracking through Splash, crowd flow, and onsite coordination. I also supported targeted marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement, helping create an intimate and professionally executed event for both the artist and audience.
Empowerment x Harmony in Music Event
At DREAM: Empowerment Through Creativity – Making Perfect Harmony, I spearheaded event production from concept to execution, blending my skills in media arts, design, and logistics to craft an unforgettable experience. I led speaker and sponsorship outreach, negotiated and coordinated venue agreements, and oversaw stage management and full audio-visual design to create a dynamic, visually cohesive environment. I also directed RSVP management and guest communications, developed creative marketing campaigns to amplify the event’s reach, and trained and managed a volunteer team to ensure seamless day-of operations. My work helped shape an event that celebrated innovation, artistic empowerment, and community connection.
